Si vous ne mettez pas toute la bière dans la cocotte, pensez à vous servir un verre ou deux pendant le temps de cuisson ! On ajoute les baies de genièvre et les feuilles de laurier.
- On fait mijoter à feu doux et à couvert, en laissant un petit filet d'air, pendant environ 2h30.
- Une grosse vingtaine de minutes avant la fin, on va s'occuper des pommes de terre. On lave la peau des patates à l'eau et on les plonge dans l'eau frémissante pendant environ 15 minutes. On retire de l'eau, on attend 2 à 3 minutes et on épluche.
- Une dizaine de minutes avant la fin de la cuisson, on dépose les Knacks sur le chou. On referme le couvercle.
- Voilà, il n'y a plus qu'à servir. Inutile de faire un dessin pour savoir ce qui va dans l'assiette mais pour votre santé, vous allez manger vos 5 viandes par jour ! Bon appétit !!!
