- Épluchez les pommes de terre et faites-les cuire dans une casserole d’eau salée bouillante. - Ajoutez les tomates, le colis est le concentré et laissez mijoter environ 15min. Ajoutez un peu d’eau si besoin. Puis ajoutez la viande hachée avec le paprika,la cannelle, le cumin et le persil plat hachée. Ajoutez un peu d’eau. Laissez mijoter à nouveau 15min
- Dans un plat à gratin versez une 1ere couche de préparation à base d’aubergines saupoudrez de parmesan et de gruyère puis versez dessus une couche de purée puis le reste de préparation à base d’aubergines et enfin recouvrir de purée. Saupoudrez de parmesan et de gruyère.
