Pensez à bien arroser les Saint Jacques avec le beurre moussant. Après une minute de cuisson, débarrassez les Saint Jacques et dressez !
  7. Sur une assiette, avec d’un cercle déposez de la purée de pommes de terre, puis de la fondue de poireaux et déposez une noix de Saint Jacques sur le dessus.
