Enlever la fonction sens inverse et mixer 20 secondes vitesse 2, puis 20 secondes en vitesse progressive 2 à 3. Si la texture convient stopper, sinon poursuivre encore 20 sec à vitesse progressive de 3 à 5.
  5. Pour la version SANS Thermomix® : Faire cuire les pommes de terre dans le lait sur feu vif. Quand les pommes de terres sont cuites, les égoutter et les mettre dans un saladier, ou dans le bol d'un robot pâtisser muni du fouet. (Ne jetez pas encore le lait de cuisson il pourrai servir)
  6. A l'aide d'un presse-purée, écraser les pommes de terre un maximum. Ajouter le beurre, la crème et les œufs, saler et poivrer, puis mélanger à cuillère en bois dans un premier temps.
  7. Ensuite fouetter au batteur électrique, on doit obtenir une consistance crémeuse, ajouter le lait de cuisson petit à petit si la consistance de la purée est trop "dure". Et voilà servir avec une viande et des légumes, ou dans un hachis parmentier.
