Pour ce faire, rien de plus simple, déposez une fourchette côté pointes sur le plan de travail et roulez délicatement le gnocchi sur les branches de la fourchette.
  4. Les gnocchis sont prêts ! Il ne reste plus qu'à les cuire. Pour ce faire, les plonger dans de l'eau bouillante salée. Sitôt qu'ils remontent à la surface ils sont cuits ! Attrapez-les à l'écumoire pour ne pas les abimer
  5. Vous pouvez ensuite soit les manger tels quels avec un filet d'huile d'olive, du sel et du poivre et bien sûr du parmesan ;)... soit les manger en sauce (tomates / parmesan / sauge /...) soit également les faire revenir quelques minutes dans une poêle bien chaude avec une noisette de beurre pour leur donner un peu de croustillant.
