- Égoutter les pommes de terre les écraser en purée à la fourchette préchauffer le four à 180 degrés
- Ajouter le reste du beurre faire fondre puis ajouter le reste d emmental
- Mélanger mettre la purée de pommes de terre au centre d un moule (silicone pour moi je ne beurre pas)
- Ajouter la purée de potiron égaliser le dessus enfourner pour 15 minutes
- Retourner sur un plat à la sortie du four incliner le plat pour évacuer le liquide rendu c est prêt !
