 - 1 poignée de petit pois
 - 1 piment vert
 - 2 feuilles de laurier
 - 2 branches de céleri
 - 1 bouquet de coriandre
 - 1 càs huile
 - 1 càs (paprika, curcuma, et ras hanout)
 - 2 càs coriandre en graines moulu
 - Sel, poivre, cannelle et cumin
 - 1 litre d'eau chaude
 
Steps to make to make Chorba Frik (Jari)
-  Préparez les ingrédients, Pelez et lavez les légumes, coupez la pomme de terre, la carotte et la courgette. Émincez l'onion et la tomate.   
    -  Faites revenir l'onion et la viande, ajoutez la pomme de terre, la carotte et la courgette, une branche de céleri, 1/2 bouquet de coriandre, salez, poivrez et ajoutez les épices. Laissez mijoter 5 min, ajoutez la tomate fraîche et concentrée, et l'ail. Laissez mijoter 10 min. Ajoutez l'eau et laissez bouillir 15 min   
   
    -  Enlevez les branches de céleri et la coriandre, la pomme de terre, carrote, et courgette. J'ai utilisé les légumes dans la cette soupe pour ajoutez le goût uniquement, vous pouvez ne pas les ajouter.   
    -  Enlevez la viande d'agneau et coupez en petits morceaux   
    -  Broyez l'onion et la tomate dans le bouillon. Mettez de nouveau sur le feu. Ajoutez le petit pois et le piment vert, laissez bouillir   
    -  Ajoutez le frik ou blé vert concassé   
    - Laissez bouillir jusqu'à cuisson
 - Ajoutez le reste de bouquet de coriandre
